Returns and Refunds Policy TELOLIFE Refund Policy

At TELOLIFE, we aim to provide safe, reliable, and professional telehealth services. Because our services involve medical consultations and prescriptions, our refund policy follows common healthcare industry standards.

Consultation Fees:

Before your appointment: If you cancel your telehealth appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund.

Missed appointments / late cancellations: If you miss your appointment or cancel less than 24 hours in advance, the consultation fee is non-refundable.

Prescriptions & Medications:

Once a prescription has been issued or medication dispensed, we cannot offer refunds. This is standard across healthcare due to patient safety laws and pharmacy regulations.

Technical Issues :

If you are unable to complete your telehealth visit because of a technical problem on our side, we will either:

Reschedule your appointment at no cost, or

Provide a full refund of the consultation fee (your choice).

Packages or Memberships

If you purchase a package or subscription, you may request a refund for unused services within 5 days of purchase. After services have started, refunds are not available.
