How much does GLP-1 treatment cost with TeloLife?
Paid monthly by card, compounded semaglutide is $99 a month at starting doses and $139 at higher doses; compounded tirzepatide is $149 and $199. New patients can start with a quarterly bundle: $254 for the first three months of semaglutide or $389 for tirzepatide. Or finance a 3, 6, 9 or 12-month package through Cherry, subject to the terms you are approved for.
What is the difference between financing and paying in installments?
Installment products split a single purchase into two, three or four payments within a few weeks. Financing turns the cost of a whole treatment package into genuine monthly payments across a longer term. The practical difference is the size of the payment.
Does checking whether I qualify affect my credit score?
No. Qualification uses a soft credit check, which does not affect your credit score. It takes about thirty seconds.
Do I need insurance?
No. No insurance is required at any point. GLP-1 medications for weight loss are frequently excluded from insurance coverage, which is the gap financing is designed to fill.
Is this the same as the brand-name GLP-1 medications?
No. TeloLife offers compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide, prepared and dispensed by licensed US pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved products and are not the same as the brand-name medications made by their manufacturers. They should not be treated as interchangeable.
Who prescribes the medication?
An independent clinician licensed in your state, after a consultation. TeloLife is a technology and telehealth platform: we do not practise medicine and we do not dispense medication. Whether treatment is appropriate for you is the clinician's decision.
How do I know TeloLife is legitimate?
TeloLife is LegitScript Certified. The certification is verifiable on LegitScript's own website rather than ours, so we cannot alter the record. Medication is dispensed by licensed pharmacies under state and federal law, and state licences held by our partner pharmacies and physician groups are available on request.
What are the side effects?
Nausea is the most commonly reported, usually worst in the days after starting or increasing a dose. Constipation, fatigue and reflux are also common. Serious side effects are possible. Discuss your full medical history with your clinician, including any personal or family history of thyroid cancer or pancreatitis.
How quickly does medication arrive?
