Is TELO available in my state?
Available in all states except Louisiana, alabama, new Mexico.
Do you accept my health Insurance?
We are a cash based solution only.
Can I use my HSA card?
We do accept many HSA plans.
Will I be eligible for a GLP-1?
BMI of 30 or higher, or greater than or equal to 27 with a weight-related medical condition with other risk factors.
Where do the medications come from?
All Medications are shipped from FDA Registered US Pharmacies.
How do I know this mediation is safe?
We offer only medications that are for human use. Please beware of online sources offering experimental, research only or animal use products.  All of our pharmacy partners work with each State board and the FDA to ensure products are safe and effective.
When will I receive my medication?
Once your prescription has been approved it will be sent to the pharmacy for processing, you will receive an update with shipping at that time.
Will I receive ongoing support from TELO?
At TELO we are here to support you the entire way through your weight loss journey!  You can check in with us anytime though your patient portal or Support@Telohealth.com
How do I order refills?
Refill status can be checked, or updated in the portal. Any other changes you can contact Support@telolife.com
How shall I store the medication?
Any GLP-1 medications should be put in the refrigerator upon arrival
